Marzana
This illustration came as a result of restricting the design to only geometric shapes. Marzana is the Slavic god of winter and death. A tradition still held today is the drowning of a Marzana effigy at the end of winter. This symbolizes the end of winter and the beginning of spring, and ensures a good harvest.
